TraceCRM provides SaaS tools for sales management, contact follow-up, process automation, and sales analytics.
2. Account and access
The account owner is responsible for credentials, team access, and platform usage under their organization.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent activities, or activities that compromise system or third-party security.
4. Plans, payments and billing
Plans, limits, and pricing are governed by the current offer published on the website or billing panel. Non-payment may result in suspension or service limitation.
5. Customer data
The customer retains ownership of their data. TraceCRM acts as an infrastructure and processing provider according to the contracted configuration.
6. Third-party integrations
Features such as API, webhooks, or calendar sync depend on third-party services and their availability. The customer authorizes these integrations at their own operational risk.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity. Maintenance windows, technical incidents, or interruptions beyond our control may occur.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, and components of TraceCRM are owned by their rights holders. The customer receives a non-exclusive, revocable license for the duration of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TraceCRM is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business loss arising from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts due to breach of these terms, misuse, or applicable legal requirements.
11. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will be the one published at this URL.
